After unzipping silverstripe installation under my public_html folder, when visiting i get a 404 Not Found error. Whereas it should redirect me to the installation page.
If anyone has any pointers It would be much appreciated as It is taking me over 4 hours to get to install it.

Many thanks,

It's probably not extracted where you think it is, or the web server does not have enough permission to read the files (although I'd expect that to give eg. 403).
Try loading index.php or install.php directly - hopefully that should give you some ideas as to what to try next.
It could be a configuration issue (eg. .htaccess is disallowed).

Thanks a lot, I run the index.php which showed mysqli was not enabled on php.ini.
