I installed the framework and want to add comments module, after that want to try disqus.
I cannot use composer (have hosting without command line and so on).
Copying module files, rebuiliding database, restarting, but after that no options for comments appeared.
Is there a page in admin console that lists installed modules, informs if they work and so on? How to check if module appeared, is working or not?
