User Forms 0.2.1 problems - not able to save the page and rules doesen't work

I went into some trouble using the User Forms Module [v0.2.1] with SS 2.3.3.

I've created a UserForm Page with a few form fields and run into some trouble:

1. I'm not able to save the Page after adding some form fields. I'm going to get logged out by Silverstripe and get the message "Please log in and then try again".

2. The rules for hiding and showing fields doesn't change anything.

Please help finding these bugs!
