Hello All:
I am using a site developed by a third party using Silverstripe.
The site is online and, in general, functioning properly.
A number of different people are responsible for the site's content.
In order to exercise better control over the content change process, I have proposed setting up user groups.
In order to test this, I have setup a restricted user group and created one user as a member.
This group can only make changes in the news part of the site.
When I try to login as this new user, I get the following message:
"I'm sorry, but you can't access that part of the CMS. If you want to log in as someone else, do so below"
FYI, the login screen is accessed via:
<sitename>/admin
Is this a problem generic to this site's configuration or is it a Silverstripe problem?
Thanks,
ss/wb
