Hi everyone,
I am running 3.4 with the latest version of the user generated form module. I can create the form, no problem and most of it seems to work, however when I go to add a reciptiant i get this error after entering all my data,
Fatal error: Class 'SubmittedFormReportField' not found in /var/sites/b/beta.damax.co.uk/public_html/userforms/code/UserDefinedForm.php on line 77
it then seems to break the page in the admin system with loads of JS Phrase errors,
any ideas what is causing this?
