Please excuse the necro (I hate to make duplicate threads)... but after an hour or so and many, many issues I managed to get this thing running on my server (SS2.4.7). Much like the manual solution I tried with a custom page controller and HTMLtoPDF hacked in there, the images and links from your page content DO NOT work.
There is almost no documentation on this module what so ever and personally I feel it should be removed from the site, as it simply does not work as intended. Clearly the developer has no intention of making it work.
Is there any way of down-voting or reporting modules that do not function as they should?
