Hey Guys,
sorry for my last Post. It was such an easy job to fix, i was just tired and didn't see the things lying next to me :-)
The .css Files of your Theme have of course effects on your recaptcha field as well. So if anyone has the same Problems -> check your CSS Files, especially everything related to Tables in the layout.css
