Hi,
Whenever I select the 'go' button to add a new form field from the 'form' tab, the browser opens a new window with an invalid URL (e.g. http://...../index.php/admin/EditForm). This behaviour is apparent in all browsers on my machine.

Try reloading the admin with ?flush=all&isDev=1 like http://yoursite.com/admin?flush=all&isDev=1 and check to see if it works. Also check for any javascript issues on the page and that you're using the latest master download.
