Can anyone point me to where the Date Submitted timestamp is created in when someone submits a user defined form?
Right now it looks like "05/07/2012 3:53pm" -- and for reasons obscure I need to change this. I've gone through UserDefinedForm.php -- and I see processing of fields, but not the date -- could it be coming in somewhere else? Or do I need new glasses?

datetime.php is the answer. Phew.
