I'm running into the strangest issue with my SilverStripe website.

This page will only load if I'm signed in to the CMS.
There was an issue with our server's MySQL and the server admins had to rebuild the database.
I did a dev/build/?flush=1 to see if that would fix this issue, but it didn't work.
Has anyone else ran into a similar issue?
Any thoughts?
