Hi everyone, I have been using SS for a few years now but I am not a web developer. I am looking for a module/plugin or a simple way of adding a banner or display some sort of window on top of a webpage (a SS website) to make some announcement. Wikipedia had something that I liked when they were asking for donations a few months ago. They had a small banner displaying on top of the page across the page and we had to click to close it. It wasn't intrusive at all but noticeable enough that people would see it (and eventually read the content of the "banner").

I looked through the list of existing modules but couldn't find anything suitable.

Could anyone please recommend me a module that could do something like that or tell me if some coding could be added to a page to do the trick ?
