I have some weird behaviour of the Save-button in the Member-module. After I create a member, the button does not change from Create to Save and when I click it I get the error that a record with the same email already exists. Going back to the member from the list, does give me the save button. So somewhere Silverstripe doesn't notice that the record it's editing has been saved already. Does anybody have a clue as to where this behaviour might originate?
