Newsletter Module Installation in SS2.3rc3

Has anyone successfully installed the newsletter module in SilverStripe 2.3rc3. I see they have taken it out of the out-of-the-box options, so you'll need the module, but I can't get it to install. It just leads to a blank page when you click it in the CMS. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

I second this. The newsletter functionality is crucial; how can it be installed? in rc3 or dailies

I installed ss daily from 02/12, newsletter from trunk and *re-ran install.php*. That did it for me.
install.php creates the needed database tables for the newsletter module to run.
