i rename it User Defined Form.ss
i edit it
i rebuild db and i clean cache
Finaly my Silverstrive don't use my modification.

Should be "UserDefinedForm.ss" - drop the spaces :)
i have tried UserForm.ss userform.ss but not UserDefinedForm.ss

I know this was years ago but a reason for this IMO is becuase you needed to add the templates into userforms/templates/ folder
Actually I am wrong here, they can also go in the templates folder where they should really live.
