Gallery Module picture problem

I'm having a problem with the Gallery Module that as far as I can find hasn't been addressed before on the forum.
The problem is with the lightbox. Most images display and cycle completely fine. However when I get up to the fifth image the 'next' button won't cycle to the next picture.
The weird thing is on the gallery page the problem image's name is underlined where as all the others aren't. Also I'm using 11 pictures, but in the lightbox it states x of 13 pictures.
