I recently installed the module memberprofiles and all work great, except that I am unable to find where and how I could embed a link where members can log out.

You just need to create a link to http://mysite.com/Security/logout.

I already try it, but when I click on the link it's a blank page and nothing seem to work..?

It should just redirect back to the last page. Are there any errors in your error logs?

You could try setting the url to http://mysite.com/Security/logout?BackURL=%2F which should redirect to the home page
