Tested trunk blog with SS 2.4. Please review my bugs and small fixes

Hi,

I've just done some testing of the trunk version of the blog module with SS 2.4
I posted some small fixes to make it work with the little API changes made in 2.4
I also posted some new bugs and reviewed some old ones I couldn't fix myself.
Please some one review them while they are still fresh :)
