I've installed blog on SS 2.4.5
This is an old bug.
I posted a commend on a blog entry, but this comment was associated to wrong parent page or Entry ID 0.
This is for all comments.
How resolve?

I thought this had been fixed before 2.4.5, if not try manually applying the change (http://open.silverstripe.org/changeset/115399).

Why not merged into 2.4.5?
It was fixed in 2.4.5 (http://open.silverstripe.org/browser/modules/cms/tags/2.4.5/code/sitefeatures/PageCommentInterface.php).
Compare your file with that as it may not have updated correctly.
