Download the module, extract the file you download. Make sure the folder you extracted is called 'blog'. Move 'blog' to your websites folder (same level as the one with sapphire/ cms/ jsparty/ folders. Then run http://www.yoursite.com/dev/build to rebuild the database and install the blog module, then you should see the blog pages created at http://www.yoursite.com/blog/
