I see this has been brought up before, but no answer was offered. I want to change the order of the pages on the page tree, but the 'enable drop and drag' button that should be at the top of the tree is not visible. I have an earlier version of Silver Stripe than the current one. How do I get this button to appear, or is there another way of moving pages?
