Erros: Logs me out, no drag and drop, no preview..

I've got a conflict somewhere and I'm finding it hard to track down, can any one advice me please?

Currently one of my sites:
Constantly randomly logs me out and asks me to "please log in and try again." but I'm not actually logged out.
The site tree no longer allows drag and drop reordering.
The preview button is unresponsive.
The content area box keeps hiding it self after a short period and then to get it back I have to reload the page.

I think its a javascript conflict but not sure how to find the exact cause.

Using SS 3.0.5
