Form not found when a group don't have full administration access(Security)

Hi there
I am stuck in a problem in which i have created new permissions and removed Full administrative rights.
Due to this i am getting errors on any form submission.Error says 'NetworkError: 404 Not Found ' pointing to the form not found.
What i suspect is, it is looking for the form in wrong controller because of the the security.
I have no idea as what is causing this error and how to fix it.
NOTE:It works absolutely great when admin has Full administrative rights.
Any help regarding this will be highly appreciated.
