Created a simple BreadcrumbNavigation module. See http://www.exadium.com/tools/silverstripe/modules/breadcrumb-navigation/

"The BreadcrumbNavigation module is a self contained module that allows for greater flexibility and styling of breadcrumbs using the SilverStripe templating engine."

Is there seriously still no way to Theme the Breadcrumbs without evading to a module? (Btw: thanks)

@Apophis, you can now (in 3.0) use a template to customize the breadcrumbs (https://github.com/silverstripe/silverstripe-cms/blob/3.0/templates/BreadcrumbsTemplate.ss). To use your own, copy that to yourtheme/templates/BreadcrumbTemplate.ss and customize as you wish!

I copied the info from Willrs post and couldnt work out why this wasn't working last night. The file needs to be called BreadcrumbsTemplate.ss and not BreadcrumbTemplate.ss
