Changing the _resampled folder

We have been doing some search engine optimising to try and improve on page 4 of Google and one of the issues that is being raised is that resampled images come from the _resampled folder and underscores in file locations are now frowned upon.

Is there a way I can change a setting and rename the "_resampled" directory to just "resampled" or "optimised"?

Hi thepleb,

this is hardcoded in Image class (and other places in framework), though it seems like a good idea, to make this configurable.

Interested in making an issue or an PR?
