Model Admin Grid Field Width

Hey guys,
I've come across a display/layout issue which has appeared out of nowhere and it has to do with the Model Admin + Grid Field.

As you can see in the screenshot provided (turns out uploading images is now disabled so here is a link - http://i.imgur.com/JY3IxvH.png), The grid field is out of page display and to view items on the far right of the table. You need to manually scroll to the right.

A couple of days ago, the UI for the grid field was fine. Everything fitted within the space given whether you had the left main sidebar and search filter collapsed or not. But then all of a sudden the width of the table goes out of view now. I haven't altered any CMS stylesheets or any of the additional stylesheets that I called to be used in the CMS backend as a whole or individual admin sections.
