Admin page login problem

Hi all!
I am pretty new in SS but I find it good framework and want to use it in future.
At last time I have big problems with logging as admin. I have few SS web sites on my server and I found two of them have same problem.
I made that sites on local machine and move it to server, so their address become for example 177.96.45.143/site1 and 177.96.45.143/site2

Sometimes (not always) one of them doesnt allow me to login to admin page and I get this error:

The 177.96.45.143 page isn’t working

177.96.45.143 redirected you too many times.
Try:
Reloading the page
Clearing your cookies
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I think it is something about session because I see that user is logged in, just cant access to admin page because it get redirection loop.

Somebody had same problem or have some solutions?
