Is it possible to have both GridFieldDeleteAction() and GridFieldDeleteAction(true)

Hi guys, Is it possible to have both GridFieldDeleteAction() and GridFieldDeleteAction(true) visible in the GridField, but having another icon on the "permanently delete" one...? Would be nice and quite time saving sometimes :-)
