cant access my admin panal

i can get on any page on my website without being logged in but when i try to get on the admin login screen i keep getting 404 pictures below

normaly if you type in a wrong like www.djmickykdiscos.co.uk/fake it should bring up silver stripe but it does brings up 404 errow

i never had this problem till i bought an assign ip from my hosting provider once everything went through and moved to my new ip the whole site starting having issues
