New Page - shows up twice when adding

Version: 2.4.8 (Oct 31). Whenever a user adds a New Page now, two (orange) New Pages show up in the Tree- However, if you refresh the page, then the false one will go away. It also goes away (the false one) when you press Save/Publish. It's a ghost - it's not really there and didn't make two pages, but it is confusing users. Work-around is simple...

I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

Yes. We are seeing this as well.
