(solved)Strange error in cms adding pages or products

If i add page or product in CMS SS 2.4.8 and E-commerce SSU
it makes double pages (products).

Any ideas what can be the cause?

This is a bug in 2.4.8. Updating to 2.4.9 will fix the issue. http://www.silverstripe.org/security-releases/
