Hi there,
anyone know of any sites or books that cover using just the framework? Ive just had two projects where i haven't really used the cms part of the system but currently don't have the knowledge/skill to get framework to work, i seem to have trouble understanding how to use the controller and the URL handling.

No book is available yet for 3.0 (which would cover the new framework only functionality). Since it's a new feature it's still being improved but I've pushed a gist up of a basic app only bootstrap in 3.0 https://gist.github.com/wilr/3725783
