I have moved a silverstripe site from a subdomain, to a top level domain, for one of my customers and am now getting a strange problem.
When they are using the wysiwyg editor and they click on the 'Insert Media' button, a blank window pops up 95% of the time. The strange bit is that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I can't reliably make it succeed or fail, as it seems entirely random.
Has anyone come across this before, or can anyone suggest a possible cause?
I have investigated permissions and everything seems fine. It isn't logging any errors for apache.
It's running on cpanel, with apache + DSO + mod ruid 2
If I run it as DSO + apache without ruid I get the same issue.
