If a SilverStripe site has been developed and then deployed to its live server, and then needs to have its structure or design modified, how do you sync the development database with the production database?
Once the databases have diverged, is there a way to sync them back up?
If not, how do you guys handle revisions to a site's design while it's live?

We use Capistrano to sync environments https://github.com/timsnadden/silverstripe-deploy.
