Reading the docs, I found this statement in "http://doc.silverstripe.org/framework/en/topics/commandline" on running processes.

Is this still true in SS 3.x; Is there something inherently leaky about SS that can’t be fixed or are you guys waiting for time or a donation to spend some time routing the problem out?
