First time CMS user login and password change

Does SilverStripe allow first-time CMS users to change their password before logging in?

This is part of a requirement for the project that I am working on.

Please let me know if this is possible or any relevant modules that can cater for this.

You have the option of setting the days that password is effective for...

That should be enough to get that going.
