Have looked all the places also dev mode is enabled SS 2.4.12.
If you click on any pages it will give this empty error.

As i understand its somekind of server problem because i have two diffrent web hosting and in Arvixe it works. Also worked in other hosting company but now they changed something.
'Have looked all the places' isn't very informative... Do you have access to the server logfiles? Nothing there?
Did you try reloading the cms on the url you are requesting, that gives the error? As there's no error messages, chances are you'll be getting a 'white screen'. Maybe option #1 in this handy overview might help:
Updated my PHP from 5.3 to 5.5 and no errors anymore also enabled dom.
