Hi,

I'm pretty new to this framework. I'm more of a <insert favorite framework here> developer and I'm having a bit of a problem with something. When we make new pages in our silverstripe installation, just after clicking the create button, the page is automatically set to be "deleted from drafts". And the contents, title, slug are not saved. When we try to restore it, the page is restored but still the fields cannot be edited.

Did this happen on a fresh SilverStripe install or only after installing one or more modules or creating new pagetypes?

And then, today, this happened to me as well, weird coincidence, because it was my own fault: I added a constructor to a new pagetype in a hurry, relied too much on autocompletion and forgot to add the parameters to parent::__construct(); And there it was: existing pages of that type marked as deleted, as well as new pages... Luckily correcting the isssue brought them all back :)

So just maybe this will give you a hint...
